Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs what you may host, publish, or run using Rigaway — including websites deployed to rigaway.app and custom domains, and cloud desktops.

Effective date: October 18, 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as described in the Terms.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Rigaway to host, publish, distribute, or facilitate:

No obligation to monitor — but we act on reports

We do not pre-screen or routinely monitor what users publish. Our CDN provider automatically scans cached images for known CSAM. We act on reports and on actual knowledge of violations. Anyone can report abuse.

Enforcement

When content or conduct violates this policy, we may — without prior notice where appropriate — remove or disable the content (a single file or a whole website), suspend the website (visitors see a notice instead of the content), suspend or terminate the account, preserve data for legal or reporting purposes, and cooperate with law enforcement. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Unless the law or an investigation prevents it, we'll tell you what we did and why. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that notice or email legal@rigaway.com and we'll review it. For copyright removals, use the DMCA counter-notice process.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you host and run, including actions your AI agents take, and for securing any credentials in your project. Keep secrets in your website's encrypted environment settings — don't ship them in a public static bundle.
